Salmon Patties

1 15 oz Can Salmon, drained
2 beaten Eggs
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 TBSP Olive Oil

1.  Combine Salmon, Eggs, and Bread crumbs and mix until well combined. 
2.  Form into patties
3.  Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4.  Brown patties in oil about 2 minutes each side.

Makes 4-5 patties
